FIVERRFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FIVERRFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FIVERRFLOW BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS SERVICES.

8. Indemnification

10. Termination

FiverrFlow may terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all. We may also remove or discontinue any User Content at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and FiverrFlow with respect to the use of the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this Agreement by FiverrFlow shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
